Over the past 20 years, we have gained hands-on experience in recruiting, compliance, payroll, HR, and account management, giving us a deep understanding of the needs of both healthcare facilities and professionals. Our founder, Aaron Q, as we call him, served on active duty in the U.S. Army from June 2000 to June 2004, followed by Inactive Ready Reserve service until June 2008. During this time, he was deployed to Iraq from March 2003 to February 2004 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Following his military career, our founder discovered a new mission—helping those who dedicate their lives to caring for others. He entered the healthcare staffing industry more than 20 years ago and has since devoted his career to supporting both healthcare professionals and the organizations that rely on them. Over the years, he has worn many hats, serving as a Staffing Coordinator, Nursing Recruiter, Dialysis Nursing Recruiter, Compliance Specialist, Account Manager, Payroll Administrator, and HR professional.
This diverse experience provided more than just industry knowledge—it offered a front-row seat to the challenges and triumphs of healthcare workers and the facilities they serve. He learned the importance of listening, of matching the right professional to the right opportunity, and of building relationships that go beyond the paperwork. Each role strengthened his belief that staffing isn’t simply about filling jobs; it’s about making sure patients receive the best care possible.
